just got myself an aeropress. this thing is awesome. how fine do you grind your beans when using this? so far I've tried almost-espresso level and closer-to-mocca-master-level, both quite different but still great tasting. seems like you can't go too wrong with this thing

work sent over some Tribo coffee which is apparently a bunch of individual pouches of pourover coffee. The wrapper is probably garbage, but the compostable filter + cardboard single-use pour-over mechanism is sort of nifty: The coffee is pretty decent too.
