i bought my 3d printer in 2021, a product that is still in the hobbyist/tinkerer segment. it has been more reliable and less fiddly than any consumer model regular paper printer i've ever owned.

I know there's a drought or six on but I need toilets to swing the other way. gimme the 15 gallon vortex supercell that blasts poop residue off the porcelain at pressure washer speeds.

To that end: My 3D printers work reliably after sitting for months. Our Cannon refused to work a week after buying it. We do have a Samsung Color Laser that is super reliable now.
