So far it's been a bunch of gummies for lunch and a few beers. Tonight might be enchiladas from the deli at the grocery store. There are two of them and they look pretty big. $7 for them. It'll be a couple of hours yet. Gotta get ripped first.

I went out for dinner for the first time in forever. I was at an Indian restaurant and had the Achari curry with lamb. First I've ever heard of it, it's a north Indian dish made with the same spices they use to make Indian pickles. It was a great day, the dining room was on the second floor with a view over the River Foyle. I saw three dolphins leaping about in it. Sorry, no pics. I'm just back and I'm looking up recipes for Achari. Unfortunately like most curries there are as many recipes as there are cooks. I'll post pics of my efforts in the next few days.

i made a thing that was lentils and sundried tomatoes with some shallots sauteed in redwine vinegar and bleu cheese crumbles mixed in and then i also mixed in some crumbled eye-tal sausage for more protein because I am a growing boy. It was good but very brown so it looked kinda sad

 Provencal chicken on red sauce, w red onion, tomatoes, and mushrooms. mozz and provolone blend. Mixed berry on a strawberry puree. mozz. The provencal had too many toppings and needed more zest, but was good. The mixed berry was loving fantastic though. Thanks.
