KFC varies in quality from store to store. Havant don't seem to care how much seasoning they use on their chicken, while the one in North Harbour seems to be on some sort of yield bonus, so it's barely got any seasoning at all. And Nandos is Nandos, half a chicken and two bowls of peri peri chips is a god send of a meal

doom 2016 is really good man I shoulda upgraded my graphics card a while ago. you can get a lot of bang for your buck on the secondary market right now, someone picked out the best card for my old motherboard and literally two people in the same discord had it (a 970) in their closet. this is a lot of game for like 100 quid.

It's a shame, cos he's generally a pretty astute guy and has done good work in giving gammons food for thought, but I think this kind of stuff undermines the genuine shady poo poo the government are actually up to all the time.

As an aside I really struggled to find asafoetida in Norway, looked everywhere but nowhere seemed to have it and nobody had heard of it, until I discovered that it is called "dyvelsdrek" here, basically "devil's poo poo". I got some of this from a hippy organic place in Manchester just before lockdown and it's fantastic. Easy to make and adds so much more flavour than flour tortillas! Last week I made nachos fully from scratch and it was incredible. Also gluten free I assume since it's corn not wheat!

I haven't heard a god drat thing about Brexit in months. Do we have any evidence that they're doing anything about it, guidance passed to different sectors, that kind of thing? I can fully believe that the answer is no, but it still just feels completely unreal. It was suicide before the global pandemic.
