Now I know how Uber fixes their survey results, as was evident in the data they just released stating that Drivers are satisfied driving for them. I just took one of their "surveys" and I was asked a couple questions on a sacle from 0 - 10, with 0 being not at all satisfied or not likely at all.

The first question was "How satisfied are you driving for Uber." I selected zero and hit enter, and it just went back to the same question. I hit zero again and the same thing, just went back to the same question. After 5 times I hit 1 instead of 0 and it finally went to the next question.

The question was "How likely would you recommend driving for Uber to a friend." Again I pressed 0, and the same thing. After a few times I finally hit one and it ended the survey.

If 0 was an invalid answer, why the gently caress even have it as an option on the survey????
