Depends on your budget and location. I'm in the area, if you end up needing someone to talk to. I'd say avoid the Wharf, instead check out the cable cars & cable car museum, walk across the Golden Gate Bridge to the Marin Headlands, or take the streetcars down to Ocean Beach and the cliff house. If you want to get trashed on the cheap, your best bet is to buy booze at the grocery store and take it back to the hotel, but the city is lousy with good microbreweries these days. I recommend 21st Amendment.

Speaking of which, not sure why the Netflix version of Daredevil decided to go for TV-MA on a streaming service then stop at sideboob. If Marvel is trying to keep it at the same level as the rest of their PG-13 movies, there's no reason not to just go with implied nudity instead. In terms of sharing screen time? Probably not. I don't know a lot about the character, but I don't think he was ever a member of a flagship group like the X-Men. Plus, his super power of "not quite as blind as people think he is" doesn't really let him hang with people who can poo poo lightning and stop bullets with their faces. But in the first episode the bad guys talk about how their corrupt real estate dealings are exploiting the rebuilding of New York after the big battle at the end of The Avengers, which is a nice way of folding it in without having to have Robert Downey Jr. make an appearance.

The British Museum and the Imperial War Museum are both pretty great, in fact, most of the museums are top notch. Pick a few you think you'll like. The government center around the Thames/Houses of Parliment/Hyde Park/Kensignton Palace is all very walkable, but the restaurants there are tourist traps. Depending on how long you're there, taking the Chunnel to Paris for a day isn't a bad trip.
