This is all true and I’ve never been happier to see something on a big screen.

The majority of Dark Star is a straight lift from a Ray Bradbury story called Kaleidoscope. Dan O'Bannon just added a bunch of comedy to it.

No poo poo? I was in a play of Kaleidoscope in high school. I was about 25 minutes into Dark Star when I turned it off. I had no idea it was gonna go that route.

The difference between the pony holocaust and these posters is the pony holocaust guy never stopped to, like, consider the holocaust before. The goon saying that Flinstones made him cry is crying because he has considered the effects of blacklisting before and a current piece of writing reminds him of what he’s come to feel about it.

You’re effectively arguing that you can’t feel emotion about historical fiction without being the same as a dude who didn’t realize the dead at Auschwitz were real people.

It’s going to eat at your confidence every time you post from now on. You’re going to feel embarrassed for things other posters would never have thought of. Eventually, you’ll swear off forums entirely because you never want to see a disappointed reply from anyone again.
