It's a show largely featuring sentient magical space rocks that can change shape at will, and it deals with issues such as falling in love and loving yourself and all that jazz. I think it's okay though it can get sappy. Since the space rocks who fall in love are female (how can a rock even have a gender loll) and since they can change their bodies at will, it has attracted a whole bunch of homo- and transexuals who apparently are starved for that kind of stuff. But seriously stay away from the fans. A trans person told me they literally cried over a specific scene in the show; with emotions that strung you know any sort of discussion will turn toxic. Like the very first episode is some annoying kid singing about cookies or some poo poo. How could any rational person over the age of 7 endure that and think it was not only ok, but good?

It's really gone downhill since Jailbreak pt.2, IMO. I dunno how they managed to take a show about a team of magic space lesbians and make it boring but they found a way. Anyway, I'm way more into Undertale now.

But does it have a debate about whether Lars is trans because his real name is Laramie and featuring such insightful arguments such as "Yeah, well, you don't have any evidence he's not a troon!" Because if not, I think I'll continue to use the AVClub comments as my go to for when I want to punish myself for watching children's animated shows because the bright colors and poo poo distract me from the crushing drudgery of my adult existence.

Just imagine the show that this girl created, it is literally that. I don't mind watching the show when my kid is. It's nice that there is something that has strong female characters. Goons probably latch onto it because it was made by someone that is a "peer" so has references they get and think it's for them.
