Garrus is one of those characters whose appearance in the Mass Effect sequels retroactively make him a lot better since in ME1 he barely does anything at all except complain about C-Sec and his dad.

When does this legit unlock on Origin in the EU? I'm sure I saw 11pm tonight London time but I don't really want to reconnect Origin until it's ready since I'm playing offline after VPNing. I wanna play some multiplayer because this ice planet sucks, in the way that all ice planets suck ever.

They're going to the trouble of launching a website so you can share and download other player's characters, but since the character's appearance is so closely tied to the preset face you chose there's not going to be a ton of variation.

I just now got to the point where I've had my first Conversation Mission with Peebee, she's actually pretty funny and cool I'm still romancing Christian Scottish Lady because she emailed me about some ale that Gay Guy Who Probably Deals Space Ecstasy brewed I really like the supporting cast in this game e: this is an actual line of dialogue Gil (fabulous gay man): "Suvi and Vetra are my girls!"

Whose idea were those stupid Remnant decryption puzzles? Like, the Astrolabes in DA:I existed so that people who like puzzles could get a bunch of extra loot. The Remnant decryption puzzles exist so people who don't like puzzles but want to advance the main plot can go gently caress themselves. Whichever guy pitched "mandatory sudoku" really needs to reassess which career he's in.

Man I fuckin suck at this game. I walked into the huge fiend + ket fight, and I can basically take out one or the other. It's way too easy for me to over focus and get caught out by the big kets. Catch a guy on fire, then zap him. in the fight i'm talkin about I been shooting a big ket with a fireball, then suck the shield and it basically leaves him wide open enough to headshot. Two things so far made me laugh out loud: 1. Ryder talking to Sam about shutting down kett facility: "Sam, is there an off switch for this horror factory?" Not so great on paper but the delivery is great. 2. Gil's poetry. Nuff said.

Seriously they give you a SpaceX model but the lore attached to it goes into a segue about how the ESA would then use the tech to make a mars colony and there is an exhibit in the museum of another ESA ship and then ANOTHER exhibit with an exhaustive list of ESA accomplishments from Wikipedia Apparently in the Mass Effect universe the EU wouldn't turn out to be a dumpster fire
