yeah that was a fantastic thing to wake up to. we seem to be in the clear but the fact that they've always just casually installed bomgar services on all our tyler app servers after being explicitly told not to really rubs me the wrong way.

Even my old 215j was slow as molasses in the web interface, but it served up files like a champ.
