yes but not during character creation. You can get quick disconnects installed aftermarket, so to speak. It's like getting cyber eyes or hands.

Consoles it unlocks midnight in your region. Assuming you have an Australian PSN account of course. So you will get it basically first.

Depends on your PC, PC will have the best version. It's just a matter of how much of it you can experience based on your computer specs. CDPR put up a good chart that showed what you can expect depending on what you got, go take a look and see where you stand.

Nomad kind of feels like a good choice for first playthrough since both the character and you yourself are "new" to the city.

I imagine it'd take me out of the immersion if I'm playing as street kid that's meant to have grown up in the city when I'm getting lost as poo poo and checking the map every 5 mins lol.
