No, not "soon", 2020's life should be over "now". Actually, it should have been over "two days ago" since this comic is from January 2nd. Come on dude, you have total creative control here, if you're going to do a storyline where a year "dies" pace things so that actually happens before the year ends in real life.  It's really insidious how the author draws the protestors as exclusively white and male, thus removing race entirely from a movement primarily about racial equality that people of all genders are participating in. That way he's able to demonize them as a group while not appearing overtly racist. So, in summary: The 2020's death is still being dragged out and BOTH SIDES ARE BAD* *provided you ignore all the actual views and beliefs of both sides and pretend they're just fighting for no real reason. Sinfest Sunday! And now for something that appeals to no one!        This was a particularly bad time to do a "BOTH SIDES BAD" storyline. I mean, there was never going to be a good time to say "The people trying to stop the Nazis are just as bad as the Nazis", but it comes off as extra stupid and terrible when it's done on the same week that a bunch of MAGA terrorists broke into the capital with the intent of kidnapping and murdering people. Turns out one side actually is worse, and it's the side that has Nazis on it. Here's a protip to remember for the future: The side that has Nazis on it is ALWAYS the worst side. Anyway, I'm pretty sure 2020 is officially dead now. The last thing she did was to turn a bunch of people into babies so instead of killing each other they can instead die slowly of exposure in a pile of their own crap since there's no one around to take care of these kids.
