It's technically the third game in the series but changes almost everything other than being set in Akihabara and plays like a zero budget 'Tales of' game but worse than you can possibly imagine

Symphonia was the first 3D Tales and pretty janky, it's fun enough but it's mostly remembered for being one of the three good GameCube RPGs.
