My first thought was also A STARWAR BETAMAX or however he spelled his handle. Dude was capable of producing still pictures that were incredibly but subtly disconcerting. Caro is a good suggestion, though - the fact he is somehow still alive is amazing. One other candidate that came to mind from forever ago is Enfield. Dude set himself on fire and came back to post about it.

My latest thread (with more punching!) is this one. I was a bouncer and professional fighter for many years and I've trained and coached martial arts for almost 40 years. I've been in a ton of fights in all sorts of hosed up situations and none of it makes me tough, just dumb. Fighting like that makes you stupider than even the internet can. I'm paying for it all now.
