The next highest are the Orioles and Angels with two apiece, and then these teams each have one: A's, Dodgers, Brewers, Pirates, Cubs, Phillies, Tigers, Mets, Braves, Mariners, White Sox, Red Sox (the one where Babe Ruth got thrown out  , which is also the first combined no-no)
