The host is pure channel 101 and I love it. I love that so many of those guys are working on rick and morty now. I've been following these fuckers from day one and I love that they've finally had success and are doing amazing things. Today I overheard a conversation where someone asked someone else if they had seen Rick and Morty and the answer was something about "no because i saw the pilot and it was gross" or whatever. Referring to Doc And Mharti. I laughed a bit inside.

I'm assuming when they showed the montage of all of Rick's catchphrases in Total Rickall, "Lick-lick-lick my balls! Yeah! Say that all the time!" was a Doc and Mharti reference.

When I was 11 I used to think online animation was all done frame by frame in MS Paint and then imported into Flash, and that the better ones just spent more time on doing manual anti-aliasing. I made a few really bad movies like that.

Monopoly owns as a sort of display piece lacquered with Your Favorite Brand. In a world where people proudly display Secret Hitler's obtuse wooden box and have to explain to guests what the gently caress it means, you too can explain to family members at Thanksgiving that Rick & Morty is a totally cool post-modern cartoon and combining it with Monopoly's storied heritage is a choice and dope one-two combo.
