I actually think there might be something to Matt's theory that the director of London Has Fallen, an Iranian emigree to Sweden whose other work is short film dramas about living in housing projects, made LHF intentionally over-the-top awful as a mockery of American imperialism.

So for some reason this month Patreon kept giving me a thing about my pledge not going through. So I changed payment methods and reupped my pledge to try and fix it. That didn't work, but I tried again today, and the message is gone, and I was sent the Grey Wolf RSS link etc. Except the Grey Wolf podcast feed is empty, and when I click on subscriber posts on Patreon it kicks me to the pledge confirmation page. I confirm the pledge, get kicked back to the feed, and then the same thing happens when I click a post. Is it just going to be like this until the 1st of Jan? Or is my Patreon account just broken somehow?

I'm always surprised at how much whole swaths of people give a poo poo about Pearl Harbor. Like, when the tsunami hit, comments sections were full of poo poo-covered dullards going "This is sad, but I it's fair because Pearl Harbor!"
