No other show can say that they risked hypoxic brain damage to dunk on Thomas Freidman. Taibbi has been showing up as a guest a fair bit on The Michael Brooks Show which is nice.

I like The Michael Brooks Show. I've only heard a couple of episodes so far but the host is more polished than your typical podcasting knucklehead but is still laid back and funny. Richard Wolf was on recently as well as an unlocked "Postgame" episode, both are worth a listen.

I like Season of the Bitch. Much more serious and not as polished but good solid left politics and culture. Don't start at ep 1 though, it took a bit for them to get comfortable. Kath barbadoro was on recently and that was p good

Yea Wolff is good as hell, he's just a modern crank with a public access slot who really isn't bad at expressing his agenda but clearly has no interest in 'dressing it up' to make it more easily spread. I respect him not trying to do something out of his comfort zone and just focusing on education. Also unlike 90% of those cranks he has a good and right message and not 'the post office workers are space aliens who want to brainwash us' or whatever

I'll join Matt on that hill, despite me being 100% in the 'Mad TV was better' camp when SNL is good they do still make some good rear end jokes. It's just that their political jokes are so horribly unfunny and they clearly believe it's important to have a LOT of them to ~resist Trump~ it drags the whole show down. But I watch fuckin WWE Raw still so my brain is broken and used to long periods of trash hoping for a glimmer of joy
