Huh, the Persian restaurants near me make koobideh on much narrower and shorter skewers, more like these.  I, too, thought this restaurant was being all melodramatic with the giant ones, not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Those have all of my favorite pizza toppings, but I'd have to brush off at least like 90% of the peppers for it to taste like anything else than a cold bunch of jalapenos with a hint of tomato sauce.
