Campbell is a funny aggro guy hire that it's easy to poke fun at (and easy to see losing a lot coupled with the Lions). Urban is just a crazy jerk who could recruit and had some really good assistants, I think most of us were already on that train. Which makes his coaching staff that I just looked up yesterday all the more puzzling because there's not a lot there that I like.
