i’ve now done this job long enough to know that operating outside of your scope of practice, even with the very best of intentions, will gain you no sympathy with the health and disability commission whatsoever if someone is dying on the ground short of breath and needs salbutamol/albuterol, but has no prescription, I would be opening myself up to some world of pain if I took some off the shelf if I did so outside of my rules and regulations. those who will punish you will gladly do so, they love to punish people for fails it’s what they get out of bed to do

I've made this recipe for chocolate chip cookies several times now, and every time they disappear startlingly fast (especially given how much chocolate is in them!). You can make them with any sort of chocolate, but pecan nuts work best IMO. buy walnuts from the bulk thing in a place rich enough to buy nuts but poor enough that the bulk bins dont go stale like at whole foods or some poo poo, small enough quantities that you actually use them all alacritously
