Giving policy making powers to an entitity which is not democratically legitimized by the people that have to follow said policies would indeed be troubling. Fortunately, he appears to just make stuff up to get angry if Kit Walker's link is any indication.

Depicting democrats as donkeys and republicans as elephants is not a partisan thing. Thomas Nast first drew those animals as representing the two major parties in the 19th century and it has endured since then. Democrats draw donkeys and republicans draw elephants all the time.

I love "true racism." You libs can scream and whine about the kind of racism whereby people are oppressed because of their racial background all day, but TRUE racism is when people say they don't like conservatives. Every problem is only a problem when I can stretch its definition so it affects people of my age, ethnicity, and political belief. :bahgawd:

Thunder rolled. It rolled a six.
Cuomo did phrase what he said kind of tactlessly, but here we have yet another thing where the right-wing media stripped something of all context and are running with their made-up version of it. "New York is a decidedly blue state, and while we've had great success working with moderate Republicans, extreme far-right Republicans who come are are pretty much wasting their time because New Yorkers aren't buying what they're selling" somehow turned into "Time to start the anti-conservative apartheid in New York!!!!"
