Ballard has a chance, so even though they're both completely awful right now I'd say the Colts have a hell of a head start on becoming competent even if Luck never comes back.

We don't want him back. I don't think there's anything wrong with the Colts' front office. Ballard is doing a good job. Just get rid of the coaching staff and lock Irsay up in a room so his daughter can be in charge.

The Colts stink right now, but they have been one of the most successful teams in the NFL over the last 20 years. They aren't in a completely hopeless situation.

Man the Browns need to be reimagined from the floor up. The Coach, the management, the players, the owner, the market, the sport... The name (When your name is Brown you don't get to name the team after yourself) The uniforms (Look like literal poo poo, play like poo poo) They should just become the Seattle Supersonics or something.

Christ the number of people defending the front office (outside SA) because they went to Harvard and know numbers reel gud is dumb as poo poo. Hue hasn't been great but goddamn the FO is poo poo.

The whole analytics things would probably work a lot better if the numbers team was reporting to someone that knew things about football. Kind of like how having a guy who only managed your salary cap and contracts was a thing back in the 90s.
