Bad, very bad!

You can't understand this and they're pretty bad now, but you would regret the hell out of this trade.

e: in this theoretical new division if Herbert is what he appears to be so far (still a big if of course) that would end up as one of the better quarterback divisions ever I'd think.

Maybe we should just go back down to 3 divisions per conference.

Come on 6 team Central divisions, we can make it work.

They went all-in on Drew Lock and surrounded him with weapons and the only pass he can complete is a drag route to Jake Butt. I'd rather that than Seattle

Larger divisions would be a good solution to the NFC East problem. Theoretically the odds of having 5 or 6 losing teams in a division a lot worse than 4

I just read an article that Dontari Poe was the only person on the Cowboys to kneel for the anthem, that must have made Jerruh's decision a lot easier.

Yeah the Falcons specialty most of this season is looking like they should be a good team before inexplicably becoming the dumbest team in the world.

The chart is hard to read, but it actually had a Western conference and an Eastern conference (in lieu of NFC/AFC conferences), broken down into 2 smaller conferences, similar to how the NHL is set up right now. This was the Eastern division:

edit: The NFC North and NFC East have maintained that same balance, which I think is kind of cool, minus how terrible the NFCE has been lately!

The Steelers were pretty much dogshit until the 70's.

That appears to be 1968 (which I figured out by looking for a winning Cardinals record speaking of dogshit histories), so it tracks.

Speaking of old AFC divisions, there is an article on The Athletic about Sam Wyche running up the score on Jerry Glanville back in the late 80s, 61-7

Whyche hated Glanville and the post game presser was amazing. Wyche kicked a FG as time expired and then chased down Oiiers players to poo poo on Glanville
