Maybe we should just go back down to 3 divisions per conference. Come on 6 team Central divisions, we can make it work.

I just read an article that Dontari Poe was the only person on the Cowboys to kneel for the anthem, that must have made Jerruh's decision a lot easier.

Silly Burrito posted:Never knew the NFC West was once called the Coastal Division. My bad, Seifer. TIL. The chart is hard to read, but it actually had a Western conference and an Eastern conference (in lieu of NFC/AFC conferences), broken down into 2 smaller conferences, similar to how the NHL is set up right now. This was the Eastern division: edit: The NFC North and NFC East have maintained that same balance, which I think is kind of cool, minus how terrible the NFCE has been lately!

Speaking of old AFC divisions, there is an article on The Athletic about Sam Wyche running up the score on Jerry Glanville back in the late 80s, 61-7 Whyche hated Glanville and the post game presser was amazing. Wyche kicked a FG as time expired and then chased down Oiiers players to poo poo on Glanville Want to see that in 2020
