If any of you all are somehow in this thread without also following The Good Place: The Podcast, they did a special episode for 99 fans because their season ended already: https://art19.com/shows/the-good-place-the-podcast

Interesting that they took the time to edit Gina out of the slo-mo walk at the end of the credits. I wonder if all of the actors did the walk on a greenscreen to begin with and all they had to do was re-comp the shot.

In today's special episode of the Good Place podcast, Melissa Fumero says they were actually in Brooklyn for that shot. v:shobon:v Guess they did a more complicated edit to remove Gina.

Cheddar doesn't take a taxi you ding dongs. They pushed Terry in a shopping cart the whole way and Cheddar followed them. Just because there's a taxi in the background doesn't mean the dog just jumped out of it.

It's three miles on foot, and that includes the Brooklyn Bridge.

So did they get a big taxi and put the shopping cart into it?

tarlibone posted:

Didn't Terry explicitly state that the dog just followed them, complete with a brief shot of the dog following them by... walking?

Yep, beaming with pride, he says, "Cheddar followed us the whoooole way!"

They're both so loving good at it. It's always so weird when I watch Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Dean Winters plays a noble paramedic. I keep waiting for him to call Sarah "Dummy" or something.
