One thing I noticed from the winter thread is that Bishounen Tanteidan isn't on many people's radars, and I feel like it might be a surprise hit. It's another anime adaptation of a Nisio Isin Novel by Shaft, with Akiyuki Shinbo nominally having some role in directing, alongside Hajime Ootani, who directed Assault Lily Bouquet last year. The PV stood out to me in a good way, with a lot of visual flare. If nobody else is planning on making a thread for it, i'll work on one this weekend.

The current OP setup is a holdover from back when Lucy Heartfilia was making them, and in part due to how Anilist and MAL organize their seasonal shows, putting OVAs, ONAs, and Specials into their own separate categories, and they typically throw Donghua shows down there. There have been times where I'll give full length OVA/ONA series full length descriptions, but not consistently. And with Donghua specifically, a lot of times there really isn't any information about the shows besides the name and start date when I'm making these threads. I definitely don't mind going back and giving more detailed entries if they get picked up/there's information readily available. I've also been mulling over whether it makes more sense to just change the main categories from TV (full) and TV (short) to just Full Length Shows and Shorts, while still keeping a separate section for the one off ova/ona/specials.

The back half of the season, on the other hand, is adapting one of the favorite parts of the manga, so you'll probably see viewer engagement rise again in the Summer season.

I think it's fine to not like a series for various reasons, and I encourage people to be honest about how they feel about what they consume. I also think that it's fine for people to critique those reasons provided, to provide their own perspective on the series, especially if the reasons given seem unfair to the material, are false, or otherwise misinterpreted.
